Pretty good price, so let's start out at 3 stars.

This desk was easy to put together (plus one star)and did the job I needed a desk to do (hold my computer and some pens) for about one year (plus one star) before the wood around the screws for the drawer started to come apart. One day the drawer just fell and hit my foot (pain...minus one star).

When my wife and I got married she became confident enough to tell me that she thought my desk was ugly (I could go either way on this, but i'm going to go with minus one star for having to listen to her complain about something). She was happy when the drawer broke because it meant that we could start shopping for a new desk. (star total 3...It's ok)

One side of panel is missing and 2 Plastic caps are missing

I've got package today. Once I was assembling this desk, I recognized there are missing parts, No "panel N-1" Two "panel N", only 11 plastic caps they are less than 13 written on the manual.
I was upset. I tried to call the service center at that time it was already closed. I'm sending e-mail to the company. Furthermore, they are not labeled well. So every time I assembled parts, I had to look up pictures and labels on the front pages of manual. I think because they don't have visible labels, both the company's packing products and customers' assembling correctly are difficult. The only way to recover my trust in "South Shore" is that they send me the parts fast and user-friendly label parts.

Poorly made

This desk is a waste of money. The drawer fell out within weeks and it fell apart within 7 months. I guess if you only use it a couple times a month it would be ok. But not for everyday use.
