Excellent small desk

This desk is perfect if you are looking for an attractive desk that fits in a small space yet remains functional. The raised portion of the desk can be used for computer peripherals (monitor or printer, etc) while the main desk space can hold several open notebooks for those long study sessions. The side platform was perfect for my Dell 3000 tower. The color is splendidly dark, almost espresso. My husband bought a larger desk from the brand Realspace in the same color (cinnamon cherry) and the two desks match perfectly.

My only complaints would be the following: 1) While assembly was relatively easy, I did need my husband to help with the construction of the raised platform, simply because a second pair of hands was needed due to the slightly awkward arrangement. 2) I prefer to type with my hands on the keyboard while the keyboard drawer is not pulled out. I can't do this with this desk simply because the keyboard drawer is too close against the desk.

My desk was missing one piece (the washer for the bottom door) but once I reported this to the seller, I received the missing piece within the next week. Excellent customer service!

Overall, I think this desk is a great buy as long as you are expecting a dark desk with smaller features. I love it!

Good product for the price

Arrived in 2 days. Setting up is a bit difficult and I took around 2 hrs (and I am no novice). I bet this would be hard for someone who has never installed any furniture (you need screwdriver and a hammer and need to be strong to really put the screws in). The keyboard pull out works perfectly if you install it correctly. For the price however, it is an amazing product. I saw a plain table (with only two drawers) being sold at ikea for $75 as a computer table though it didnt have a keyboard stand even. Compared to that this is definitely better for cheaper. My only complain with this and the reason I gave this a four-star was that the edges are very sharp. I have hurt myself a couple of times when I placed my laptop on the elevated portion. Other than that, it perfectly fits my huge tower PC and monitor well. The color shown in the photo is wrong and it is a pretty nice dark brown color.

Perfect space saving desk

We needed to get rid of a big corner desk and free up some space. This desk was perfect for us, it was an easy and quick assembly and does just what we need it to!
