Vitaminwater Isn't Healthy, Rules Federal Judge
Basically, this is uncarbonated Coke. Below is part of the Judge's summary:

By including the suggestion that the product will "keep you healthy" or "help bring about a healthy state of physical and mental being" alongside such statements, the quoted language implies that the nutrient content of vitaminwater may help consumers maintain healthy dietary practices. I conclude, therefore, in light of the language and context in which they are used, that the statements on the "defense" and "B- Relaxed" labels constitute implied nutrient content claims which use the word "healthy." Such claims are in violation of violation of FDA regulations because . . . vitaminwater achieves its nutritional content solely through fortification that violates FDA policy.

I really think this water is aweful. I'd rate it just about mineral water I had in Russia. GROSS!! Propel is much, much better!!!

One of the better flavors for Vitamin Water
While, I'm not sure I really buy into the whole vitamin water thing, I will say that this flavor is actually pretty tasty. This is not to be confused with the 10 calorie version of this bottle. Oh yes! For the diet conscious, you can save 40 of the 50 calories that comes in this bottle. The 10 calorie version also only has 3g of sugar vs. 13 in the non-diet XXX. That said, I need those 10g of sugar and 40 calories to feel happy about the taste. The 10 calorie one is really so-so, relative to this one which is the perfect not to sweet, slightly fruity flavor. Hence, if you can get past the additional calories and sugar, this acai-blueberry-pomegranate blend of anti-oxidants, which make up the flavor's name of "XXX" is a thumbs up.
