Maple is not the color is appears on the website

I bought this and was so excited for it. When I opened the box I was disgusted by the color. The maple I purchased looks like it is cream on the website, but it is actually a green color, but not the green that they show on the website either. I wish I could describe the green and how it looks so awful especially with the wood colored top shelf.
Home Decorators claims it is an "antique cream". Just be careful of the colors from this company. I had to return it. So disappointing.

Definitely not antique white but I knew that from the other reviews before I bought it. It is kind of a very pale yellow with a hint of green. I don't think the color is bad at all. I gave it three stars because it is not square and I had problems with the cams. One side of the drop down will not latch to the magnet. There is a wider space on one side. Several of the cams did not line up so when I tried to turn them, it was very hard and a couple actually bent (cheap cams). Working with the cams was the most difficult part of putting the desk together.

WOW..... this was a real challenge

This was quite a production ...putting it together.

All parts were included and the instructions were good.
This is definetly a two man project. It should not be done alone because the unit is so heavy.
It can easily be damaged if it slips. I had to call my son in law in to assist me
The unit is extreemly heavy so put those lovely sliders under it right away. that way you can move it wherever
you want without assistance,
I have a lap top, so we made a smart hole in the back using a drill and door hole bit.
I can now run cords to the laptop and still close the unit when not in use.

The color is a bit strange for a creamy white, but it works. Some comments say they have green in the color, but the company
must have improved the paint.....I have no green tint in my secretary.

GOOD Product and the very best desk ever. Draws are a nice size however its hard to get at stuff with the top open.
The draws slide smoothly but have a wobble to them.
